PDS is committed to the highest standards of ethics and compliance. The Navex system enables employees and stakeholders to confidentially report concerns related to unethical practices, policy violations, or legal non-compliance.

Key Features:

  • Reports are directly received by the Vigilance Officer, appointed by the Board.
  • A structured investigation process is in place, involving the Vigilance Officer, Reviewing Authority, and Audit Committee.
  • External investigators may be engaged when required to ensure impartiality.

All disclosures are handled with strict confidentiality and without fear of retaliation.
